Talk to an Addiction Services Case Manager. The goals of this program are to work with you to:

• identify your needs, strengths and goals
• connect you to the community services that fit your needs
• support you through treatment
• improve or develop skills needed for you to reach your goals

Working together with the ASI Case Manager you can Gain Opportunities and Achieve Lifestyle Success one step at a time.   For more information you can
