Havelock Hub - Now Open!
Housing help is now available in the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen. The Havelock Hub can offer help with housing, credit counselling, legal services, employment assistance, Ontario Energy Support Program applications and personal counselling. The Havelock Hub is an umbrella group of several community organizations and social service agencies. More information is available through this brochure.

Peterborough Renovates Program - 2017 Guidelines available soon
The Peterborough Renovates Program (PRP) assists low to moderate income homeowners with necessary repairs, including accessibility and efficiency upgrades. The 2016 Program Backgrounder and other details are available on the Housing Division's Programs and Initiative webpage.
Program funding begins in April of each year and is delivered on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible applicants, while funding is available. When no funding is available, applicants will be placed on a waiting list (some exceptions may apply).

Homeownership Assistance Loan Program - application process currently closed
The Homeownership Assistance Loan program aims to help eligible renters buy a home in the City of County of Peterborough.
The application process is currently closed. The program may be offered again in April 2017. Please continue to check this website for updates on program and application availability. The Programs and Initiatives webpage provides more information.

10-year Housing and Homelessness Plan Progress Report 2015
The Housing and Homelessness Plan Progress Report 2015 has been received by the Joint Services Steering Committee (June 9, 2016) and shared with the public. This report shows the second year's progress towards reaching the outcomes in the 10-year Housing and Homelessness Plan for Peterborough (2014 to 2024).
