At this time, new applications are not being processed.
Interest in the Canada-Ontario Home Ownership program has been very high since the program launched on April 3, 2013. The Housing Division is currently reviewing the submitted applications and funding is only available for fewer than 25% of those in circulation. When 15 loans have been issued, applications will no longer be accepted.
Subject to availability of funding, a Home Ownership Assistance Loan program may be offered again in the future.
