The second winning image (located below) was submitted by Craig Barron. The description included: The footbridge is strong and safe; you can hear and smell the river beneath. It is wide and welcoming with space for a bicycle or runner to pass by. A ledge to place your coffee as you share a greeting--each of you moving from one part of the community to another.
