How do I get a Building Permit?

Building permit applications may be filed in person at the Building Division, City Hall. Your completed application should be accompanied by two sets of building plans (prepared by a qualified designer when required by the Ontario Building Code), two copies of your property survey or site plan and the application permit fee.
