Proclamations may be issued to recognize significant events within the City and County of Peterborough.  Please submit your request no fewer than thirty days prior to the Proclamation date.

Proclamations must:

• Represent activities that support those living in, working in or visiting the City of Peterborough or Peterborough County;
• Represent a not-for-profit organization or community group located in the City of Peterborough or Peterborough County;
• Demonstrate respect and tolerance for Peterborough residents.

Proclamations will not be issued for campaigns or events that are judged to be contrary to City policies or bylaws nor for campaigns intended for profit-making purposes.
