Payment Options

Where can I pay my ticket?

You can pay your Provincial Offences ticket at any Provincial Offences Court location in Ontario. However, if you want to exercise Option 2 or 3, you must attend the court location in the area where you received the ticket.

Why are there 2 amounts on my ticket?

A victim fine surcharge is levied on every POA fine laid in Ontario except parking infractions. The surcharge operates on a sliding scale depending on the amount of the fine. This surcharge is imposed by the provincial government and is used to maintain and expand services to victims of crime. The victim fine surcharge must be paid in full otherwise enforcement action (eg. licence suspension/collection) can be taken regardless of the outstanding amount owing. You must pay the Total Payable amount listed on your ticket or notice.
